Does Scrap Needs take international Orders?

If you are located outside Australia and require a special item please contact us at info@scrapneeds.com.au or via our contact page and we can discuss the postage and payment options.

Payment:

When payment is made by Money Order, please allow up to 5 working days for clearance.

When payment has been made by Direct Deposit, please allow up to 2 working days for the funds to be made available in our account. To send funds via Direct Debit our bank details are as follows:

Payment is required within 5 working days of submitting your order. If payment is not received within this timeframe you will be notified by e-mail and advised that your order has been cancelled and the items returned to stock.

Delivery Terms: 

Orders are downloaded three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Should we not be able to dispatch your order in this timeframe, a member of staff will contact you by e-mail or phone. Items are shipped by Fastway Couriers except for items that require delivery to a Post Office or Locked Box. These items are shipped using Australia Post

Postage Rates:

A flat postage rate of $8.95 applies to all orders.

Packaging: 

We take every care to ensure that your order is packed carefully so it will not be damaged in transit. Scrap Needs will not be held responsible for orders that are lost or damaged during transit.

Out of Stock Items:

Our shopping cart is quantity driven, other than occasional human error, all products shown are available and ready to be shipped. If an item is out-of-stock you will be contacted and asked if you would like a refund or if you would like the item substituted.

Back Orders:

Scrap Needs does not back order products.
